I found the kitchenette had ready-to-use cooking equipment. the hotel is a short walk from gare du nord. This was comfortable. breakfast included more variety than i expected, a plus. the staff were very kind. i was in a family room. It was a good size.

the carpet looked a little tired.

The receptionists during both morning and night shifts performed their jobs well. they were attentive and displayed a pleasant demeanor to all guests. staff helped me get a cab. This was lovely.

the hotel is within minutes of gare du nord station. it is easy to navigate to all areas from this location. a metro station is only a few minutes walk. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The location near Gare du Nord was very convenient. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. My room was nice and clean. I found multiple cafes and bakeries nearby.

The street was quite NOISY at night. Car horns were frequent until late.

the location proved very convenient. i found it an easy walk from the main train station. my room was clean (i found that to be a plus). the staff were kind .

I noticed the common areas looked a little worn. the corridors was somewhat damaged (they could use some maintenance). sound insulation was not great in my room. I heard noise from other rooms.

cigarette smell shower design

the room reeked of cigarette smoke, quite unpleasant. i tried to spend as little time in there as possible. also, the shower had a strange step up, and the water overflowed into the bathroom and the room itself. the drain seemed poorly positioned. (not ideal after a long day of walking)

convenient location helpful staff clean room

The location was very convenient for my travel. I walked to Gare du Nord easily. The staff was helpful with my luggage because I arrived early. The room was clean. It was also quiet given the central location.

The hotel charged more for taxis to Gare Paris St Lazare than taxis available at the station charged for trips to the hotel.
