cigarette smellshower design

the room reeked of cigarette smoke, quite unpleasant. i tried to spend as little time in there as possible. also, the shower had a strange step up, and the water overflowed into the bathroom and the room itself. the drain seemed poorly positioned. (not ideal after a long day of walking)

The location was very convenient for my travel. I walked to Gare du Nord easily. The staff was helpful with my luggage because I arrived early. The room was clean. It was also quiet given the central location.

The hotel charged more for taxis to Gare Paris St Lazare than taxis available at the station charged for trips to the hotel.
